The strategy for strengthening the engagement of the health sector in the implementation of the Strategic Approach was adopted by the third session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management, 17-21 September 2012.
1 - اعتُمدت استراتيجية تعزيز مشاركة القطاع الصحي في تنفيذ النهج الاستراتيجي للإدارة الدولية للمواد الكيميائية، من جانب الدورة الثالثة للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بإدارة المواد الكيميائية، 17-21 أيلول/سبتمبر 2012.

This will be achieved by facilitating international chemicals management through the provision of secretariat support to the Strategic Approach to International Chemicals Management and its Quick Start Programme, as agreed at the third session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management, held in Nairobi from 17 to 21 September 2012.

Another representative welcomed the decision at the third session of the International Conference on Chemicals Management to extend the Quick Start Programme, which had helped many countries, particularly developing countries, develop tools for sound chemicals management, but said that a lack of financial support hindered implementation of the programme and urged donors to rectify the situation.
ورحب ممثل آخر بالمقرر الصادر عن الدورة الثالثة للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بإدارة المواد الكيميائية بتمديد العمل ببرنامج البداية السريعة الذي ساعد الكثير من البلدان ولاسيما البلدان النامية على وضع أدوات للإدارة السليمة للمواد الكيميائية إلاّ أنه قال إن نقص الدعم المالي أعاق تنفيذ البرنامج وحث الجهات المانحة على تصحيح هذا الوضع.
