٢٨- وفي نفس سياق التشجيع على إقرار الذمة المالية وتوخي الشفافية، تدعو الفقرة 6 من المادة 52 الدول الأطراف إلى النظر في اتخاذ ما يلزم من تدابير لإلزام الموظفين العموميين المعنيين الذين لهم مصلحة في حساب مالي في بلد أجنبي أو سلطة توقيع أو سلطة أخرى على ذلك الحساب بأن يبلِّغوا السلطات المختصة عن تلك العلاقة وأن يحتفظوا بسجلات ملائمة فيما يتعلق بتلك الحسابات.
