The decision which was adopted by the Conference at the end of last year's session has unfortunately not yet brought us any closer to a settlement of this problem which is so important for the CD.
إن المقرر الذي اعتمده المؤتمر في نهاية دورة العام الماضي لم يُقَرﱢبنا بعد، لسوء الطالع، الى تسوية هذه المشكلة التي تتصف بقدر كبير من اﻷهمية بالنسبة الى المؤتمر.
