(ز) أن المعيار المنقح للإبلاغ بالأخطار المتعلق بتنفيذ أحكام الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة من النظام المنسق عالميا في مكان العمل بدأ نفاذه في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في 25 أيار/مايو 2012،

(g) That in the United States of America, the revised Hazard Communication Standard implementing the provisions of the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System at the workplace became effective on 25 May 2012;
(ز) أنه في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية دخل المعيار المنقح للإبلاغ بالأخطار الخاص بتنفيذ أحكام الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة من النظام المنسق عالميا في مكان العمل حيز النفاذ في 25 أيار/مايو 2012(8)؛

21. Among the countries that have already implemented the system, the member States of the European Union updated their legal instruments in accordance with the provisions of the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System in 2011 and 2012.

(a) To circulate the amendments to the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals to the Governments of Member States, the specialized agencies and other international organizations concerned;

21. Among the countries which have already implemented the system, New Zealand and the member States of the European Union started in 2010 the work to update their legal instruments in accordance with the provisions of the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System.
21 - ومن بين البلدان التي طبقت النظام بالفعل، بدأت نيوزيلندا والدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي في عام 2010 على العمل على تحديث صكوكها القانونية وفقا لأحكام الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة من النظام المنسق عالميا.

43. On the basis of that work, the Committee adopted amendments11 to the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals intended to update, clarify or to complement the System concerning, in particular, the following:
43 - واستنادا إلى ذلك العمل، اعتمدت اللجنة التعديلات(11) المدخلة على الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة من النظام المنسّق عالميا لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها بغرض تحديث هذا النظام أو توضيحه أو تكميله، لا سيما في ما يتعلق بما يلي:

(a) To circulate the amendments to the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals to the Governments of Member States, the specialized agencies and other international organizations concerned;
(أ) أن يعمم التعديلات() على الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة للنظام المتوائم على الصعيد العالمي لتصنيف المواد الكيميائية ووسمها على حكومات الدول الأعضاء والوكالات المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية المعنية؛

(g) That in the United States of America, the Department of Labor of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration published on 30 September 2009 a proposed rule to modify its existing Hazard Communication Standard to conform with the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System;7
(ز) أنه في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، أصدرت إدارة السلامة والصحة المهنيتين بوزارة العمل في 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009 قاعدة مقترحة لتعديل معيارها الحالي للإبلاغ عن المخاطر كي يتوافق مع الطبعة الثالثة المنقحة للنظام المنسق عالميا(7)؛

1. Commends the Secretary-General for the publication of the third revised edition of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals in the six official languages of the United Nations, in book form and on CD-ROM, and its availability together with related information material on the website of the Economic Commission for Europe,5 which provides secretariat services to the Committee;
