7. Abuse of and trafficking in cannabis constituted the major drug problems facing countries in Africa. Governments of countries in the region were investing significant resources to deal with those problems.

(أ) تشجيع الحكومات على تقدير الخطر الذي يشكله القنّب بهدف دعم العمل على وضع استراتيجيات وطنية فعالة للتصدي لتعاطي القنّب والاتجار به وللزراعة غير المشروعة لنبتة القنّب؛
