10. As agreed at the eleventh session, the Council resumed consideration of the draft regulations for prospecting and exploration for polymetallic sulphides and cobalt-rich ferromanganese crusts in the Area.

10. The Council also took up the matter of considerations relating to the regulations for prospecting and exploration for polymetallic sulphides and cobalt-rich crusts in the Area.

9. The working group on the form of work plans considered that the regulatory regime for exploration for polymetallic sulphides and cobalt-rich crusts should be as close as possible to that for polymetallic nodules.
