However, we must make clear our concern with respect to the establishment of a “statute of limitations” on offences against the administration of justice, in view of the existence of crimes within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, which are imprescriptible.
٢-٢ بيد أننا يجب أن نعرب عن قلقنا إزاء تطبيق قاعدة " التقادم " على اﻷفعال المخلة بإقامة العدل، في ظل وجود جرائم تدخل في اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، ولا يسري عليها التقادم.

The proposal in question regulates only penalties in the form of fines that may be imposed on those responsible for offences “against the administration of justice”.
٣-١ لا ينظم الاقتراح قيد النظر سوى عقوبة الغرامة التي تُفرض على مرتكبي " اﻷفعال الجرمية المخلة بإقامة العدل " .

As we pointed out in paragraph 3 of document PCNICC/1999/WGRPE/DP.36 of 6 August 1999, the draft rules provide only for fines that may be imposed on those responsible for offences against the administration of justice.
