56. Resolution 51/210 and the Declaration annexed thereto also addressed the issue of the use of electronic or wire communications systems or networks by terrorists to carry out criminal acts, and emphasized the need to prevent such criminality through enhanced bilateral cooperation.
٥٦ - وأشار إلى أن القرار ٥١/٢١٠ واﻹعلان المرفق به قد عالجا أيضا موضوع استخدام النظم والشبكات الالكترونية والاتصالات السلكية بواسطة اﻹرهابيين لتنفيذ أعمالهم اﻹجرامية، وأكدا الحاجة إلى منع ذلك العمل اﻹجرامــي عن طريق تعزيــز التعاون الثنائــي.

Accordingly, the Algerian Government, in compliance with the provisions of resolution 49/60 and of the Declaration annexed thereto, wishes to communicate its views on the practical measures and provisions which have been implemented as part of the campaign to eliminate international terrorism.

3. By a note verbale dated 8 February 2007, the Secretary-General drew the attention of all States to General Assembly resolution 49/60 and the Declaration annexed thereto and requested them to submit, by 31 May 2007, information on implementation under paragraph 10 (a) of the Declaration.
3 - وبموجب مذكرة شفوية مؤرخة 8 شباط/فبراير 2007، استرعى الأمين العام انتباه جميع الدول إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 49/60 والإعلان المرفق به وطلب إليها أن تقدم، بحلول 31 أيار/مايو 2007، معلومات عن تنفيذ الإعلان بموجب الفقرة الفرعية 10 (أ) منه.

Despite this trend, considerable progress has been made in improving women’s representation at the P-5 level and above, as illustrated in table 5 and the accompanying graph.
ورغم هذا الاتجاه، أحرز تقدم كبير في تحسين تمثيل المرأة في الرتبة ف - ٥ وما فوقها، كما يتضح من الجدول ٥ والرسم البياني المرفق به.

- Participation of a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in inspection activities in the branches of the General Organization for Export and Import Control (GOEIC) at all the country's legal entry/exit points to ensure compliance with the ministerial decision on explosive materials and its annexed list in respect of shipments of hazardous materials and chemicals;
- اشتراك ممثل عن وزارة الداخلية في أعمال الفحص بفروع الهيئة العامة للرقابة على الصادرات والواردات بجميع المنافذ الشرعية بالبلاد للتأكد من تنفيذ القرار الوزاري الخاص بالمواد المفرقعة والجدول المرفق به وذلك بالنسبة لرسائل المواد الخطرة والكيماوية.

The programme and the " governance contract " annexed to it place particular emphasis on good governance and rule of law, security sector reform, transparency and the fight against corruption, improved management of public funds and natural resources, civil service reform, local governance and an enhanced investment climate, including reform of publicly owned enterprises.

53. The adoption the year before by consensus of General Assembly resolution 51/210 and the annexed Declaration was a landmark in the Organization’s work in that regard.
٥٣ - ووصف اعتماد قرار الجمعية العامة ٥١/٢١٠ بتوافق اﻵراء في السنة السابقة واﻹعلان المرفق به بأنهما يشكلان معلما بارزا في عمل المنظمة في هذا الصدد.

The report to which this is annexed is prepared pursuant to this recommendation.
التقرير المرفق به هذه المصفوفة معد وفقا لهذه التوصية.

15. At its 17th meeting, on 28 March, the President proposed for the Conference's adoption by consensus draft decision A/CONF.217/2013/L.3 to which a draft text of the Arms Trade Treaty was annexed.
14 - وفي الجلسة 17، المعقودة في 28 آذار/مارس، اقترح الرئيس أن يعتمد المؤتمر بتوافق الآراء مشروع المقرر A/CONF.217/2013/L.3 المرفق به مشروع نص لمعاهدة تجارة الأسلحة.

My delegation supports resolution A/C.6/49/L.17 and the Declaration attached thereto to the extent that they are not opposed to the principles we have just stated.
وإن وفد بلادي يؤيد مشــروع القــرار A/C.6/49/L.17 واﻹعلان المرفق به ما دام لا يتعارض مع هذه المبادئ.
