The multistakeholder nature of global and regional platforms for disaster risk reduction have promoted inclusion through sharing information and best practices, seeking partnerships, and determining priorities and policies.
وطبيعة المنتديات العالمية والإقليمية للحد من أخطار الكوارث الجامعة لأصحاب مصلحة متعددين قد شجعت على عدم الاستبعاد من خلال تبادل المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات، والسعي إلى إقامة شراكات، وتحديد الأولويات والسياسات.

The general view was expressed that capacity-building was essential to ensure that all States, especially developing countries, were able to implement the Convention, benefit from the sustainable development of the oceans and participate fully in global and regional forums dealing with ocean affairs and the law of the sea.
11 - وأعرب المشاركون عن رأي عام مؤداه أن بناء القدرات أمر ضروري لضمان تمكن جميع الدول، ولا سيما البلدان النامية، من تنفيذ الاتفاقية، والاستفادة من التنمية المستدامة للمحيطات، والمشاركة التامة في المنتديات العالمية والإقليمية التي تتناول شؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار.

Guided by scientific evidence, including findings presented in Global Environment Outlook: Environment for Development (GEO4) and priorities emerging from global and regional forums, six cross-cutting thematic priorities were identified as the basis for a strategy that would provide strategic direction for the work of UNEP in the future and orient the programme more firmly toward achieving results.
