٣٦٨ - يحق لﻷفراد الذين يدعون بانتهاك أي حق من حقوقهم المنصوص عليها في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، وقد استنفدوا جميع سبل الانتصاف المتاحة محليا، تقديم رسائل كتابية الى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان للنظر فيها بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.

368. Individuals who claim that any of their rights under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights have been violated, and who have exhausted all available domestic remedies, may submit written communications to the Human Rights Committee for consideration under the Optional Protocol.
٣٦٨ - يحق لﻷفراد الذين يدعون بانتهاك أي حق من حقوقهم المنصوص عليها في العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، والذين استنفدوا جميع سبل الانتصاف المتاحة محليا، تقديم رسائل خطية الى اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان للنظر فيها بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري.
