وترسل اﻷمانة أيضاً التعديلات المقترحة إلى الموقعين على البروتوكول كما ترسله، لغرض العلم، الى الوديع.

It shall give notice of such withdrawal to the depositary twelve months in advance.
ويرسل الطرف الى الوديع اشعارا بهذا الانسحاب قبل سريانه باثني عشر شهرا.

الانسحــاب ١- يجوز ﻷي عضو الانسحاب من هذا الاتفاق في أي وقت بعد بدء نفاذ الاتفاق بتقديم اشعار بالانسحاب الى الوديع.

4. Any State which makes a declaration under article 25 may withdraw it at any time by a formal notification in writing addressed to the depositary.
٤ - يجوز لكل دولة تصدر اعلانا بموجب المادة ٥٢ سحب هذا الاعلان في أي وقت باخطار رسمي كتابي موجه الى الوديع.

4- يجوز للدولة التي تصدر اعلانا بمقتضى الفقرة 1 من المادة 36 أو بمقتضى المادة 37 أو المواد 39 الى 42 أن تسحب ذلك الاعلان في أي وقت باشعار رسمي موجه كتابة الى الوديع.

٢ - يصبح الانسحاب نافذا بعد اثني عشر شهرا من تقديم أي طرف إشعارا الى الوديع يتضمن بيانا باﻷحداث الاستثنائية التي يرى أنها عرضت مصالحه العليا للخطر.
