٣٥ - وقد أحالت لجنة القانون الدولي في الوقت المناسب الى لجنة الصياغة مشاريع المواد المقترحة في التقرير التاسع وكذلك مشروع المادة ١٠ بشأن عدم التمييز، الذي سبق أن اقترحه في تقرير سابق.

Once considered by the Working Group of the Whole, each article or group of articles shall be referred to the Drafting Committee for examination in the light of the discussion.
