Mr. Illueca (Panama) (interpretation from Spanish): The item entitled “Zone of peace and cooperation of the South Atlantic” is of interest to my delegation because Panama is a maritime country flanked by two seas, including the Atlantic, and because the Government of Panama is preparing for the holding of a Universal Congress on the Panama Canal.
