Article 7 of the Nagoya Protocol states:
وتنص المادة 7 من بروتوكول ناغويا على ما يلي:

One representative urged parties to ratify the Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from Their Utilization.
وحث أحد الممثلين الدول الأطراف على التصديق على بروتوكول ناغويا بشأن إمكانية الحصول على الموارد الجينية والتقاسم العادل والمنصف للمنافع الناشئة عن استخدامها.
