The Committee also recommends that the State party develop education and training programmes on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for children and all relevant professional groups working with and for children.
كما توصي الدولة الطرف بإعداد برامج للتثقيف والتدريب بشأن أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري لصالح الأطفال وجميع الفئات المهنية المختصة التي تعمل مع الأطفال ولصالحهم.

43. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to develop ongoing and systematic education and training in all domestic languages on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all relevant professional groups as mentioned above.

14. The Committee is concerned that relevant professional categories, in particular the military, the police and those working with the administration of justice, receive inadequate training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

15. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen human rights training for members of the Armed Forces with specific training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

Nevertheless, the Committee is concerned that members of the Mongolian armed forces, professional categories, including those working with the administration of justice, and law enforcement officers do not receive systematic training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

15. The Committee is further concerned that professionals working with and for children lack knowledge on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

11. While appreciating that the State party organizes and conducts training on international humanitarian law for its military personnel, the Committee is concerned that no specific training programmes on the provisions of the Optional Protocol are included in the training curricula of military and law enforcement personnel.
11- تعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها لما تقوم به الدولة الطرف من تنظيم وإدارة لتدريب أفراد القوات العسكرية في مجال القانون الدولي الإنساني، لكنها قلقة إزاء خلو المناهج التدريبية لأفراد القوات العسكرية وموظفي إنفاذ القانون من برامج تدريب محددة بشأن أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee is, however, concerned that certain categories of professionals outside the armed forces, in particular prosecutors, judges, law enforcement officers, social workers, medical professionals, teachers, local and district officials do not receive sufficient training and that information about the provisions of the Optional Protocol is not sufficiently available in local languages.
