General Assembly resolutions on human rights in the administration of Justice (67/166) and on moratorium on the use of the death penalty (67/176), both adopted in 2012, reaffirmed this principle.
وقد أعاد قرارا الجمعية العامة بشأن حقوق الإنسان في مجال إقامة العدل (67/166) وبشأن وقف تطبيق عقوبة الإعدام (67/176)، اللذان اعتمدا في عام 2012، تأكيد هذا المبدأ.

In that connection, it should also be recalled that the General Assembly, in its resolution 67/166, on human rights in the administration of justice, reiterated its call to all Member States to spare no effort in providing for effective legislative and other mechanisms and procedures, as well as adequate resources, to ensure the full implementation of those standards.
