412. At its 3075th meeting on 4 August 2010, the Commission requested Mr. Alain Pellet, Special Rapporteur on the topic " Reservations to treaties " , to attend the sixty-fifth session of the General Assembly, under the terms of paragraph 5 of General Assembly resolution 44/35.
412- وفي الجلسة 3075 المعقودة في 4 آب/أغسطس 2010، طلبت اللجنة إلى السيد آلان بيليه المقرر الخاص المعني بموضوع " التحفظات على المعاهدات " أن يحضر الدورة الخامسة والستين للجمعية العامة بمقتضى أحكام الفقرة 5 من قرار الجمعية العامة 44/35.

17. under the terms of paragraph 5 of resolution 12/18, the Human Rights Council decided to hold a panel discussion on the matter at its thirteenth session, with equitable geographic and gender participation of relevant experts and representatives of civil society, with a view to inform the future work of the Special Rappoteur.
17 - قرر المجلس، بمقتضى أحكام الفقرة 5 من القرار 12/18، أن يعقد حلقة نقاش خلال دورته الثالثة عشرة، بمشاركة منصفة من حيث التوزيع الجغرافي ونوع الجنس للخبراء وممثلي المجتمع المدني المعنيين، بغية تزويد ما يقوم به المقرر الخاص من عمل في المستقبل بالمعلومات.

" I am thus reporting to the President of the Council that Iraq has refused to permit the inspection team to install essential equipment which would allow the Commission to determine on a continuing basis whether, at the sites in question, Iraq is meeting its unconditional undertaking not to use, develop, construct or acquire missiles prohibited in terms of paragraph 8 of the same resolution.
