The reluctance of some coastal States to permit the disembarkation of persons rescued at sea or the imposition of preconditions for disembarkation or penalties on shipping companies can undermine the integrity of the search and rescue regime.
وإن إحجام بعض الدول الساحلية عن السماح للأشخاص الذين جرى إنقاذهم في عرض البحر بنزول موانيها، أو فرضها شروطا مسبقة للسماح بنزول هؤلاء أو توقيع عقوبات على شركات النقل البحري من شأنه تقويض سلامة نظام البحث والإنقاذ.

(b) Welcome also the ongoing work of IMO in relation to disembarkation of persons rescued at sea and note in this regard the need to implement all relevant international instruments;
