The Council recalls the commitments made by the Government to the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Children and Armed Conflict in November 2012 and acknowledges the willingness of the Government to develop and implement an action plan to end the recruitment and use of child soldiers, in accordance with resolution 1612 (2005).
