The purpose of this phase is to carry out a process of " Arabization " of United Nations documents so as to make them useful to all Arab countries and to users at all levels (official and private), and so that the reader does not recognize them as translations. These documents will then be a source of enrichment for Arab culture and will communicate the message of the United Nations clearly to all Arab societies.
