9. REITERATE the need to expeditiously review the Special and Differential (S & D) treatment provisions of WTO Agreements with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational;
9 - نؤكــد على ضرورة مراجعـة الأحكام المتعلقة بالمعاملة الخاصة والتفضيلية الواردة في اتفاقيات منظمة التجارة العالمية بهدف تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر دقـة وفاعلية وعملية، وذلك في أقرب وقت ممكـن؛

WTO Members decided, in the Doha Declaration, that " all special and differential treatment provisions shall be reviewed with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational " and to identify those that should be made mandatory with clear recommendations thereon.
وقد قرر أعضاء منظمة التجارة العالمية، في إعلان الدوحة، أن " كل أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفاضلية ينبغي أن تراجَع بغرض تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر دقة وفاعلية وقابلية للتطبيق " ولتحديد تلك الأحكام التي ينبغي أن تكون إلزامية مع تقديم توصيات واضحة بشأنها.

18. Paragraph 44 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration reaffirmed that " provisions for special and differential treatment are an integral part of the WTO Agreements " and directed that " all special and differential treatment provisions shall be reviewed with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational " .
18 - وقد أكدت مجددا الفقرة 44 من إعلان الدوحة الوزاري أن ' ' أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفضيلية تشكل جزءا لا يتجزأ من اتفاقات منظمة التجارة العالمية`` ونصت على ضرورة ' ' مراجعة جميع أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفضيلية بهدف تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر دقة وفعالية وقابلية للتنفيذ``.

(a) Review all special and differential treatment provisions with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational, in accordance with paragraph 44 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration;

89 - وقد أُدمِج في توافق آراء مونتيري القرار المتخذ في إعلان الدوحة القاضي باستعراض أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفضيلية للبلدان النامية في اتفاقات التجارة بهدف تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر دِقَّة وفعالية واتساما بالطابع العملي.

We renew our determination to fulfil the mandate contained in paragraph 44 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration and in the Decision adopted by the General Council on 1 August 2004, that all S & D treatment provisions be reviewed with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational.

9. Reiterates its call for completing the review work on special and differential treatment provisions, with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational, in accordance with paragraph 44 of the Doha Ministerial Declaration and paragraph 37 of the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration;
9 - تكرر دعوتها إلى الانتهاء من استعراض أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفضيلية بغية تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر إحكاما وفاعلية وقابلية للتطبيق، وفقا للفقرة 44 من إعلان الدوحة الوزاري والفقرة 37 إعلان هونغ كونغ الوزاري؛

It reaffirms that " provisions for special and differential treatment are an integral part of the WTO Agreement " and agrees that all SDT provisions " shall be reviewed with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational " .

The Doha Ministerial Declaration reaffirmed that " provisions for special and differential treatment are an integral part of the WTO Agreements " and mandated the Committee on Trade and Development (CTD) to perform a review of " all special and differential treatment provisions...with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational " .
18- وقد أعاد إعلان الدوحة الوزاري التأكيد على أن " أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفاضلية هي جزء لا يتجزأ من اتفاقات منظمة التجارة العالمية " وفوَّض لجنة التجارة والتنمية بإجراء استعراض يشمل " جميع أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفاضلية ... بغية تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر دقة وفعالية وقابلية للتطبيق " .

In recognition of growing concerns of developing countries about the operation of S & DT provisions in addressing specific constraints faced by developed countries, particularly the LDCs, WTO Members decided, in the Doha Declaration, that " all special and differential treatment provisions shall be reviewed with a view to strengthening them and making them more precise, effective and operational. "
105- واعترافاً بالشواغل المتزايدة للبلدان النامية إزاء تطبيق أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفاضلية في معالجة القيود المحددة التي تواجه البلدان النامية، وخصوصاً أقل البلدان نمواً، قرر أعضاء منظمة التجارة العالمية في إعلان الدوحة أن " كل أحكام المعاملة الخاصة والتفاضلية ينبغي أن تراجع بغرض تعزيزها وجعلها أكثر دقة وفاعلية وقابلية للتطبيق " .

" (b) Provisions for special and differential treatment are an integral part of the Uruguay Round of Multilateral Trade Negotiations by which the World Trade Organization was established, and all special and differential treatment provisions shall be reviewed so as to be strengthened and made more effective, operational and mandatory;
