6.2 No one shall be arbitrarily or unlawfully deprived of their housing or property.

13.1 Everyone who has been arbitrarily or unlawfully deprived of housing, land and/or property should be able to submit a claim for restitution and/or compensation to an independent and impartial body, to have a determination made on their claim and to receive notice of such determination.

According to article 18 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, States parties should recognize, inter alia, the right of persons with disabilities to a nationality, on an equal basis with others, including by ensuring that persons with disabilities have the right to acquire and change a nationality and are not deprived of their nationality arbitrarily or on the basis of disability.
9- ووفقاً للمادة 18 من اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، تُقر الدول الأطراف بحق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في الحصول على جنسية ما، على قدم المساواة مع الآخرين، بما في ذلك ضمان تمتع الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بالحق في الحصول على جنسية وفي تغييرها وعدم حرمانهم من جنسيتهم تعسفاً أو على أساس الإعاقة.

Bearing in mind that, in accordance with Commission resolution 1991/42 of 5 March 1991, the task of the Working Group on Arbitrary Detention is to investigate cases of detention imposed arbitrarily or otherwise inconsistently with the relevant international standards set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or in the relevant international legal instruments accepted by the States concerned,
وإذ تضع في اعتبارها أن مهمة الفريق العامل المعني بالاحتجاز التعسفي، وفقاً لقرارها ١٩٩١/٢٤ المؤرخ في ٥ آذار/مارس ١٩٩١، هي التحقيق في حالات الاحتجاز المفروض تعسفاً أو بأي طريقة أخرى تتنافى مع المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة والمبينة في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان أو في الصكوك القانونية الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية،

(a) To investigate cases of deprivation of liberty imposed arbitrarily or otherwise inconsistently with the relevant international standards set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or in the relevant international legal instruments accepted by the States concerned;
(أ) التحقق في حالات الحرمان من الحرية المفروض تعسفاً أو بأية طريقة أخرى تتنافى مع المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة والمبيَّنة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان أو في الصكوك القانونية الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية؛

(a) To investigate cases of deprivation of liberty imposed arbitrarily or otherwise inconsistently with the relevant international standards set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or in the relevant international legal instruments accepted by the States concerned;
(أ) أن يحقق في حالات الحرمان من الحرية المفروض تعسفاً أو بأية طريقة أخرى تتنافى مع المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة والمبيَّنة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان أو في الصكوك القانونية الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية؛

73. At its forty-seventh session, in resolution 1991/42, the Commission decided to create, for a three-year period, a working group composed of five independent experts, with the task of investigating cases of detention imposed arbitrarily or otherwise inconsistently with relevant international standards or the relevant international legal instruments accepted by the States concerned.
٣٧- قررت اللجنة، في قرارها ١٩٩١/٢٤ الذي اعتمدته في دورتها السابعة واﻷربعين، أن تنشئ لمدة ثلاث سنوات فريقاً عاملاً يتألف من خمسة خبراء مستقلين مهمته التحقيق في حالات الاحتجاز المفروض تعسفاً أو بطريقة أخرى تتنافى مع المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة أو مع الصكوك القانونية الدولية ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدول المعنية.

On the basis of the materials before it, the Committee considered that the authors had not shown sufficient grounds to support their claims that the refusal of the courts to hear some experts and witnesses was arbitrary or resulted in denial of justice.
