(30) The State party is encouraged to disseminate widely the reports it submitted to the Committee, its replies to the list of issues, the summary records of meetings and the conclusions and recommendations of the Committee, in appropriate languages, through official websites, the media and nongovernmental organizations.
(30) وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تنشر على نطاق واسع التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة وردودها على قائمة المسائل، والمحاضر الموجزة للاجتماعات وكذلك استنتاجات اللجنة وتوصياتها، باللغات المناسبة عن طريق المواقع الشبكية الرسمية ووسائط الإعلام والمنظمات غير الحكومية.

16. Invites the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights to give attention to the issue of access to medication in the context of pandemics such as HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, and invites States to include appropriate information thereon in the reports they submit to the Committee.
16 - تدعو اللجنة المعنية بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية إلى الاهتمام بمسألة إمكانية الحصول على الأدوية في حالة تفشي أوبئة مثل فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/ متلازمة نقص المناعة المكتسب (الإيدز) والسل والملاريا، وتدعو الدول إلى تضمين التقارير التي تقدمها إلى اللجنة المعلومات المناسبة عن ذلك.

At its second session, held in Chiba, Japan, from 24 to 28 January 2011, the intergovernmental negotiating committee to prepare a global legally binding instrument on mercury agreed on a list of information that the secretariat would provide to the committee at its third session to support its further deliberations.
1 - وافقت لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية المعنية بإعداد صك عالمي ملزم قانوناً بشأن الزئبق في دورتها الثانية المعقودة في شيبا، في اليابان في الفترة من 24 إلى 28 كانون الثاني/يناير 2011، على قائمة بالمعلومات التي يتعين على الأمانة أن تقدمها إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة لدعمها في مواصلة مداولاتها.

The State party should also collect data on early marriages and provide it to the Committee in its periodic report.
وينبغي للدولة الطرف أيضاً أن تجمع بيانات عن الزواج المبكّر تقدمها إلى اللجنة في تقريرها الدوري.
