88. The Committee recommends that the State party present in its next periodic report an overall government plan aimed at alleviating the difficulties of the State party's vulnerable " poverty population " , as well as a progress report on its achievements in this field.
88- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تقدم في تقريرها الدوري المقبل خطة حكومية إجمالية ترمي إلى التخفيف من حدة الصعوبات التي تواجهها الفئات الضعيفة من " السكان الفقراء " في الدولة الطرف، كما توصيها بأن تقدم تقريراً مرحلياً عن إنجازاتها في هذا الميدان.

Precise information about the rights of persons in custody, measures to uphold these rights in practice and the methods of supervising conditions under which people are held in custody should be provided in the next periodic report.
وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تقدم في تقريرها الدوري المقبل معلومات محددة عن حقوق الأشخاص المحتجزين وعن التدابير التي اتخذت لاحترام هذه الحقوق من الناحية العملية وأساليب المراقبة الخاصة بأوضاع الاحتجاز.
