Participants indicated that notification by a committee to a State party of its intention to examination of implementation in the absence of a report could be a very effective way of engaging non-reporting States parties, as they were generally prompted to submit the overdue report, or would signal their intention to do so.
وأشار المشاركون إلى أن إبلاغ أي لجنة دولة طرف ما باعتزامها بحث حالة التنفيذ فيها في غياب تقرير من تلك الدولة، قد يكون وسيلة فعالة جداً في تحريك الدول الأطراف التي لم تقدم تقريرها، حيث إن ذلك سيحفزها على تقديم تقريرها المتأخر أو على إعلان عزمها القيام بذلك.
