In addition, pursuant to decision 33/CP.7 and the conclusions of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) at its sixteenth session, the secretariat is to prepare a compilation and synthesis report of the third national communicationsNC3 of Annex IAnnex I Parties for consideration by the SBI at its eighteenth session.
