وتكرر اللجنة تأكيد توصيتها السابقة بضرورة إجراء تحليل لفعالية مبادرات التدريب الخارجي بهدف وضع معايير مرجعية لأنشطة التدريب الخارجية في بعثات حفظ السلام.
