ومنذ عقد مؤتمر القمة العالمي من أجل الطفل والحكومة الصينية تفي بالتزاماتها بنشاط، إذ تحسِّن بكل همة البيئة اللازمة لبقاء الطفل وتنميته وضمان حقوقه ومصالحه المشروعة وفق القانون، وتبذل جهودا متواصلة لتشجيع تنمية الطفل.

Under article 50 of the Constitution: " Citizens have the right to apply to the judiciary for the protection of their legitimate rights and interests. They also have the right to submit complaints, criticisms and proposals, directly or indirectly, to the organs and institutions of the State. "
6- وتنص المادة 50 من الدستور على أنه يحق للمواطن اللجوء إلى القضاء لحماية حقوقه ومصالحه المشروعة وتقديم الشكاوى والانتقادات والمقترحات إلى أجهزة الدولة ومؤسساتها بصورة مباشرة وغير مباشرة.

Similarly, the 1994 Ordinance on Proceedings of Economic Cases stipulates that every individual, men or women, legal entity has the rights to file economic cases in accordance with laws to ask the court to protect their legitimate rights and interests (Article 1) and every person has equal rights and responsibilities in the proceedings (Article 6).
وكذلك، ينص الأمر الصادر عام 1994 المتعلق بتسوية القضايا الاقتصادية على أن لكل فرد، رجلا كان أو امرأة أو كيانا قانونيا، الحق في إقامة دعاوى اقتصادية وفقا للقانون يطلب فيها من المحكمة حماية حقوقه ومصالحه المشروعة (المادة 1) ويتساوى جميع الأشخاص في الحقوق والمسؤوليات في إجراءات التقاضي (المادة 6).

المادة ٥١ يحق للمواطن أن يلجأ إلى القضاء لحماية حقوقه ومصالحه المشروعة ولـه الحق في تقديم الشكاوى والانتقادات والمقترحات إلى أجهزة الدولة ومؤسساتها بصـورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة.
