3. It was nevertheless unfortunate that no provision was made by the Committee during its seventh session, in Nairobi in 2005, for the CST Bureau to have an intersessional meeting, in order to advance its work more efficiently as required.

وقد ترغب لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية في النظر في هذه المعلومات خلال دورتها السابعة وفي تقديم مزيد من التوجيه إلى الأمانة بشأن وضع مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالإبلاغ على صعيد مرفق البيئة العالمية ليعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة.
