The universal outrage at the massacre and genocide being perpetrated there — particularly the tragic killing of Iranian diplomats and a journalist, as well as at the continued captivity of the Iranian aid workers in the hands of the Taliban — calls for sober analysis and expeditious action to bring the perpetrators of these crimes to justice.
