With regard to the Islands of the Greater and Lesser Tunb and Abu Moussa, which belong to the brotherly United Arab Emirates, we hope that the current important dialogue between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran will lead to a peaceful settlement of this issue and contribute to security and stability in the Gulf region.
وفيما يتعلق بموضوع الجزر الثلاث، طنب الكبرى وطنب الصغرى وأبو موسى، التابعة لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة، فإننا نتطلع إلى أن تؤدي الاتصالات الهامة الجارية بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية إلى حل سلمي لقضية هذه الجزر، وبما يسهم في تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة.

We hope that the current bilateral communications and meetings between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran will lead to a solution that will cement their good-neighbourly relations, enhance cooperation and mutual interests between the two countries, and strengthen the foundations of security, stability and prosperity in this important region.
كما نأمل في أن تؤدي الاتصالات واللقاءات الثنائية الجارية بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية إلى إيجاد حل لهذه القضية يُرسخ علاقات حسن الجوار وجسور التعاون والمصالح المشتركة بين بلدينا، ويعزز من دعائم الأمن والاستقرار والرخاء في هذه المنطقة الهامة.

7. The Ministers expressed their concern at the complete lack of progress in resolving the dispute between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran concerning the three islands of Abu Musa, Lesser Tunb and Greater Tunb, and confirmed their support for the settlement of this dispute in accordance with international law, either through direct negotiations or by referring the matter to the International Court of Justice.
7 - عبّر الوزراء عن قلقهم من عدم إحراز أي تقدم لحل النـزاع القائم بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية حول الجزر الثلاث أبو موسى وطنب الصغرى وطنب الكبرى. وأكدوا دعمهم لتسوية هذا النـزاع وفقا للقانون الدولي عبر المفاوضات المباشرة أو بإحالة القضية إلى محكمة العدل الدولية.

Based on the agreement reached between the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt on United Arab Emirates' concession of its presidency of the 26th ordinary session of the Council of the League of Arab States at summit level to the Arab Republic of Egypt,
- وبناءً على الاتفاق الذي تم بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية مصر العربية على تنازل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عن رئاستها للدورة العادية (26) لمجلس جامعة الدول العربية على مستوى القمة إلى جمهورية مصر العربية،

Having considered the recent contacts between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Supreme Council affirmed the full sovereignty of the United Arab Emirates over its three islands, the Greater Tunb, the Lesser Tunb and Abu Musa, and over their territorial waters, their airspace and the related continental shelf and exclusive economic zone, as integral parts of the country.
وبعد اطلاعـه على الاتصالات التي تمت مؤخرا بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية إيران الإسلامية، أكــد المجلس الأعلـى على سيادة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الكاملة على جزرها الثلاث طنب الكبرى، وطنب الصغرى، وأبو موسـى، وعلى المياه الإقليمية والإقليم الجوي والجرف القاري والمنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة للجزر الثلاث باعتبارها جزءا لا يتجـزأ من دولة الإمارات العربـيـة المتحدة.

Syria hopes that the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran can find a peaceful solution to the crisis over the three islands in a way that will preserve good-neighbourly relations and contribute to the strengthening of security and stability in the region.
وتأمل سوريا أن يتم التوصل إلى حل سلمي ﻷزمة الجزر الثلاث بين دولة اﻹمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية، بما يحفظ علاقات حسن الجوار، ويساهم في تعزيز أمن واستقرار المنطقة.

On the basis of this principle, we support the attempt to find such a solution to the dispute between the United Arab Emirates and the Islamic Republic of Iran on the islands of Abu Musa and Lesser and Greater Tunb.
وانطلاقا من هذا المبدأ تؤيد دولة قطر حل الخلاف بين دولة اﻹمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية حول الجزر الثلاث أبو موسى وطنب الكبرى وطنب الصغرى بهذا اﻷسلوب.
