" كل من خطف بالتحايل أو الإكراه شخصاً (ذكراً كان أو أنثى) وهرب به إلى إحدى الجهات، عوقب على الوجه التالي:

It imposes a penalty of imprisonment on any person who incites a male or female child under 18 years of age to acts of immorality and debauchery, who assists him or her therein or who encourages a young person to engage in sexual activity or to do so in his or her presence.
٩٢- وجاءت المادة ٩٠٤ صريحة في تجريم تحريض الصغار على الفسق والفجور، فنصت على المعاقبة بالحبس لكل من حرض صغيرا دون الثامنة عشرة ذكراً كان أو أنثى على الفسق والفجور أو ساعده على ذلك أو مهد له ذلك أو أثار بأي طريقة ارتكاب فعل شهواني أو ارتكبه أمامه.

(a) A term of up to seven years' imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who, through enticement, encouragement or any form of assistance, compels a male or female under the age of 18 to engage in acts of indecency, debauchery or prostitution.
(أ) يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن سبع سنوات كل من دفع طفلاً لم يتم الثامنة عشرة من عمره ذكراً كان أو أنثى لممارسة أعمال البغاء أو الفجور أو الدعارة بأن أغراه أو شجعه أو أعانه بأي وسيلة

(b) Anyone who incites a child, male or female, to engage in debauchery, prostitution or any other immoral activity is liable to a term of up to 10 years' imprisonment;
(ب) الحبس لمدة لا تزيد عن عشر سنوات كل من حرض طفلاً ذكراً كان أو أنثى على ممارسة الفجور والدعارة أو في عمل لا أخلاقي؛

97. Every person, male or female, who is over 18 years of age, in principle enjoys actual legal capacity in accordance with article 7 of the Code of Obligations and Contracts.

(ب) اللواط هو إتيان الإنسان من دبره، ويعاقب اللائط والملوط ذكراً كان أو أنثى بالجلد مائة جلدة إن كان غير محصن ويجوز تعزيره بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سنة ويعاقب بالرجم حتى الموت إن كان محصناً؛

١٢٩- وفي حالـه انتهاء فترة الحضانة واستغناء الطفل بنفسه ذكراً كان أو أنثى خُير بين أبيه وأمه عند اختلافهما مع وجود المصلحة.
