Paragraph 4 of the same article provides for control by the Authority over activities undertaken by States parties, their enterprises or nationals.
كما تنص الفقرة 4 من المادة نفسها على رقابة السلطة على الأنشطة التي تضطلع بها الدول الأطراف أو المؤسسات التابعة لها أو رعاياها.
