82. Mrs. Zhang Dan (China) pointed to the effects of the current crisis and the fact that they threatened to compromise recent years' progress in social development, compounded as they were by problems relating to climate change, epidemics, the food and energy crises, and natural disasters.
82 - السيدة زانغ دان (الصين): أكدت على آثار الأزمة الحالية وعلى أنها تعرض للخطر التقدم الذي تم إحرازه في مجال التنمية الاجتماعية خلال السنوات الأخيرة، وتضاف إلى ذلك مشاكل أخرى مرتبطة بتغيرات المناخ والأوبئة والأزمة الغذائية وأزمة الطاقة، والكوارث الطبيعية.

5. Ms. Zhang Dan (China) said that her delegation supported the adoption of the draft resolution by consensus, subject to the correction of a number of technical and linguistic errors in the Chinese version of the draft Convention which, if they remained, would impede China's ratification and implementation of the instrument.
