Given that the claimant was operating his business primarily outside of the war zone, the Panel does not accept the destruction of the claimant's records in the course of business activity as adequate reason to relieve the claimant from his burden to produce appropriate and sufficient evidence to substantiate the claim.
111- ونظرا لأن صاحب المطالبة كان يدير تجارته أساساً خارج منطقة الحرب، فإن الفريق لا يقبل بتدمير سجلات صاحب المطالبة في معرض ممارسة النشاط التجاري سبباً كافيا لإعفاء صاحب المطالبة من عبء تقديم الأدلة المناسبة والكافية لإثبات مطالبته.

The Panel further finds that any monies expended by him were expended to preserve the claimant's reputation and business, not in mitigation of a direct loss within the jurisdiction of the Commission.
