Ms. Ito (Secretary of the Conference), speaking as Chief of the Secretariat for the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, said that the United Nations Voluntary Fund on Disability was smaller than the Multi-Donor Trust Fund of the United Nations Partnership to Promote the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and was designed to give visibility to catalytic projects on the ground.
