وفي ضوء ما سلف ذكره، تُـحمِّــل إسرائيل السلطة الفلسطينية المسؤولية عن هذه الهجمات الأخيرة، وتهيب من جديد بالقيادة الفلسطينية أن تتخذ إجراءات ملموسة ترمي إلى منع الهجمات الإرهابية، وأن تعيد إلقاء القبض على أولئك الإرهابيين الذين أُطلق سراحهم من الاستيداع، وأن تعلن بلا لبس إنهاء العنف.

In view of the above and the accompanying documentation, the Government requested that the Working Group consider these cases as resolved.
وطلبت الحكومة إلى الفريق العامل أن يعتبر بأن هذه الحالات قد فُصل فيها في ضوء ما سلف وفي ضوء الوثائق المرافقة.

In light of the above, I should like to request that authorization again be granted to the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People to hold meetings during the forthcoming fifty-eighth session of the General Assembly, as necessary, for carrying out the important mandate entrusted to the Committee by the Assembly.
وفي ضوء ما سلف ذكره، أود أن أطلب منح الإذن مرة أخرى للجنة المعنية بممارسة الشعب الفلسطيني لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف بأن تعقد، خلال الدورة الثامنة والخمسين المقبلة للجمعية العامة، ما يلزمها من اجتماعات للاضطلاع بالولاية المهمة التي أسندتها الجمعية إلى اللجنة.

At its substantive session of 1995, the Council decided that the Commission for Social Development should hold a special session in 1996, in order, inter alia, to review its mandate, terms of reference and scope of work; to elaborate its multi-year programme of work; and to review the frequency of its meetings in the light of the above and make recommendations thereon to the Council.
وقد قرر المجلس، في دورته الموضوعية لعام ١٩٩٥، أن من الضروري أن تعقد لجنة التنمية الاجتماعية دورة استثنائية في عام ١٩٩٦ لكي تحقق، في جملة أمور، استعراض ولايتها وصلاحياتها ونطاق عملها؛ ولكي تضع برنامج عملها المتعدد السنوات؛ ولتستعرض تواتر اجتماعاتها على ضوء ما سلف ولتقدم توصيات عن ذلك الى المجلس.

80. In view of the above and the changing political scenario in the country, the Special Rapporteur underlines the following considerations:
