30- وتوصي اللجنة بشدة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ التدابير الفورية لوضع حد لفرض عقوبة الإعدام على الجرائم التي يرتكبها أشخاص دون سنة 18 عاماً، وإبطال ذلك بموجب القانون.
