By the end of 2008, 107 Member States had submitted their replies to part II of the annual reports questionnaire for 2007.

Parties agreed to forward it to the second part of the thirteenth sessions of the subsidiary bodies.

It also decided to forward to the second part of its thirteenth session the elements of a draft decision to be recommended to COP 6 on this issue contained in annex I below.
