(o) Also requested the secretariat to submit to the Conference of the Parties at its third session new or updated information received pursuant to subparagraphs (k) and (l) above;
(س) طلب أيضا إلى الأمانة أن تقدّم إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته الثالثة ما تتلقاه من معلومات جديدة أو محدَّثة عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين (ك) و(ل) أعلاه؛

Contributions made pursuant to subparagraphs 12(b)and(c) shall be used in accordance with such terms and conditions, consistent with the objectives of the Convention, as may be agreed by the head of the Permanent Secretariat and the contributor.
٥١- تستخدم المساهمات التي تقوﱠم عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين ٢١)ب( و)ج( وفقا لﻷحكام والشروط التي تتسق مع أهداف الاتفاقية على نحو ما يتفق عليه رئيس اﻷمانة الدائمة والجهات المساهمة.

Contributions made pursuant to paragraph 12 (a), along with any additional contributions to offset core budget expenditures that are made, pursuant to paragraphs 12 (b) and 12 (c), by the Government hosting the permanent secretariat and by [the relevant institution] [the United Nations] shall be credited to the General Fund.
ويقيد لحساب هذا الصندوق العام المساهمات المقدمة وفقا للفقرة الفرعية ٢١ )أ( فضلا عن أي مساهمات إضافية أخرى مقدمة، عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين ٢١ )ب( و ٢١ )ج(، من الحكومة المضيفة لﻷمانة الدائمة و ]المؤسسة ذات الصلة[ ]اﻷمم المتحدة[ من أجل مقابلة النفقات من الميزانية اﻷساسية.

The Special Fund shall receive contributions pursuant to paragraphs 12 (b) and (c) earmarked to support the participation of representatives of developing, and in particular least developed, country Parties affected by desertification and/or drought, particularly those in Africa, in the sessions of the Conference of the Parties and its subsidiary bodies.
ويتلقى الصندوق الخاص ما يقدم، عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين ٢١ )ب( و )ج(، من المساهمات المخصصة لدعم اشتراك ممثلي البلدان النامية، وبصفة خاصة أقل البلدان نموا، اﻷطراف المتأثرة بالتصحر و/أو الجفاف، وبخاصة البلدان الواقعة في أفريقيا في دورات مؤتمر اﻷطراف وهيئاته الفرعية.

c pursuant to subparagraphs (b) and (c) of its decision 2005/213 of 31 March 2005, the Council changed the terms of office of the members of the Commission on Population and Development and extended the terms of the current members of the Commission.
(ج) عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين (ب) و(ج) من مقرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2005/213 المؤرخ 31 آذار/مارس 2005، غير المجلس مدة عضوية أعضاء لجنة السكان والتنمية ومدد مدة عضوية أعضاء اللجنة الحاليين.

(l) Also requested the secretariat to submit to the Conference of the Parties at its third session new or updated information received pursuant to subparagraphs (g) and (j) above;

This sub-account shall receive contributions made pursuant to subparagraph 12(a), along with any additional contributions to offset core budget expenditures that are made, pursuant to subparagraphs 12(b) and 12(c), by the Government hosting the Permanent Secretariat and [the relevant institution] [the United Nations].

They would also be funded by any additional contributions made pursuant to subparagraphs 12(b) and 12(c) of the rules for the specific purpose of offsetting core budget expenditures by the Government hosting the Permanent Secretariat, and by the institution within the framework of which the Permanent Secretariat is placed for administrative purposes.
كما تموﱠل بأي مساهمات إضافية تقدﱠم عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين ٢١)ب( و٢١)ج( من القواعد لغرض محدد هو مواجهة مصروفات الميزانية اﻷساسية التي تتكبدها الحكومة المضيفة لﻷمانة الدائمة، والمؤسسة التي تندرج في إطارها اﻷمانة الدائمة لﻷغراض الادارية.

(أ) عملا بالفقرتين الفرعيتين 2 (أ) ' 2` و ' 3` من الوثيقة EC-M-34.DEC.1، كان يتعين أن تكون جميع المواد الكيميائية الواردة قائمة بها في هاتين الفقرتين الفرعيتين قد نُقلت من أراضي الجمهورية العربية السورية بحلول 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013 و 5 شباط/فبراير 2014، على التوالي.
