At the fifteenth Meeting of States Parties to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (16-24 June 2005), we were appointed as auditors of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, Hamburg (also referred to as " the Tribunal " ) for the financial period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2008.

VI. Rendered opinion We have rendered the following unqualified opinion on the financial statements (set out in appendix I) of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, Hamburg, for the financial period from 1 January 2005 to 31 December 2006, signed on 16 February 2007 in Lübeck:

1. The Board of Auditors has audited the financial statements and reviewed the operations of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) for the financial period from 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2007, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 74 (I), dated 7 December 1946.

We have audited the financial statements, comprising the statement of income, expenditures and changes in reserves and fund balances, statement of assets, liabilities, reserves and fund balances, statement of cash flows, notes to the financial statements and financial report of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, Hamburg, for the financial period from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2012.

(ح) ملاحظة أن ثمة احتياجات مستقبلية لمركز البيانات الثانوي تقدر بمبلغ 200 362 دولار ستدرج ضمن احتياجات حساب دعم عمليات حفظ السلام عن الفترة المالية الممتدة من 1 تموز/يوليه 2012 حتى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2013، وأنه سيتم إدراج مبلغ يقدر بـ 500 370 دولار ضمن احتياجات حساب دعم عمليات حفظ السلام عن الفترة المالية الممتدة من 1 تموز/يوليه 2013 حتى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2014.
