4- في 28 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، و22 نيسان/أبريل 2009 و14 تموز/يوليه 2009، طُلب إلى الدولة الطرف أن تقدم معلومات عن مقبولية البلاغ وأسسه الموضوعية.

The Committee therefore declares the communication admissible and proceeds to the examination of the merits.
لذلك تعلن اللجنة عن مقبولية البلاغ وتنتقل إلى النظر في أسسه الموضوعية.

4. On 18 September 2002, 2 December 2003, 28 January 2004 and 14 April 2004, the State party was requested to submit to the Committee information on the admissibility and merits of the communication.

6.4 With respect to the claim under article 9, in light of the State party's failure to provide any information on the admissibility and merits of this communication, due weight must be given to the information provided by the author.

4. On 11 May 2009, 22 December 2009 and 24 August 2010, the State party was requested to submit information concerning the admissibility and merits of the communication.
4- طُلب إلى الدولة الطرف في 11 أيار/مايو 2009 و22 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009 و24 آب/أغسطس 2010 أن تقدم معلومات عن مقبولية البلاغ وأسسه الموضوعية.

The Committee therefore declares the communication admissible.
ولذلك تعلن اللجنة عن مقبولية البلاغ.

It notes that no details are provided about the alleged complaint before the judge in Alcalá-de-Henares, and it expresses its perplexity that the Committee, in those circumstances, has declared the communication admissible.
وتلاحظ عدم وجود تفاصيل حول الشكوى المزعومة المعروضة على القاضي في الكالا ـ دي ـ انياريس، وتعرب عن حيرتها من أن اللجنة قد أعلنت، في ظل تلك الظروف، عن مقبولية البلاغ.
