This is supported by another line in the same press statement which stated " the Romanian authorities have taken over the custody of the Romanian citizens and are guaranteeing their security until their return home. " (emphasis added).
وهذا ما يؤكده مقطع آخر من نفس البيان الصحفي جاء فيه أن " السلطات الرومانية تولت حراسة المواطنين الرومانيين وأنها تكفل أمنهم إلى حين عودتهم إلى بلدهم " . (التوكيد مضاف).

The Committee also notes that the State party has disputed this claim, as well as the complainant's reference to the inconsistencies in the jurisprudence of the Federal Administrative Court in relation to the evaluation of the risk faced by the nationals of Ethiopia in case of their return to the country of origin (see paras. 2.6 and 4.11 above).

5.6 The complainant reiterates that asylum should be granted to victims of past torture, regardless of the risk that they would be subjected to torture upon return to their country of origin.
5-6 ويكرر صاحب الشكوى أنه ينبغي منح اللجوء لضحايا التعذيب في الماضي، بغض النظر عن خطر احتمال تعرضهم للتعذيب لدى عودتهم إلى بلدهم الأصلي.

4.6 Under the post-determination refugee claimants in Canada class (PDRCC) review process, individuals determined not to be Convention refugees can apply for residency in Canada if upon return to their country they would face a risk to their life, of extreme sanctions or of inhumane treatment.
٤-٦ وبمقتضى عملية مراجعة البت اللاحق في فئة طالبي الحصول على مركز اللاجئ في كندا، يستطيع اﻷفراد الذين يتقرر أنهم ليسوا من اللاجئين المشمولين بالاتفاقية طلب الحصول على اﻹقامة في كندا إذا كانوا لدى عودتهم إلى بلدهم سيواجهون خطرا على حياتهم، من الجزاءات المفرطة أو المعاملة اللاإنسانية.

The Committee also urges the State party to complement Law No. 26,364 of April 2008 by ensuring adequate protection of all women, independent of their age, as well as individuals who have been trafficked and who fear being subjected to persecution upon return to their country of origin, in accordance with international standards.
كما تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على استكمال القانون رقم 26364 المؤرخ نيسان/أبريل 2008 عن طريق كفالة الحماية الكافية وفقا للمعايير الدولية لجميع النساء بصرف النظر عن أعمارهن، وكذلك الأفراد المتجر بهم، والخائفون من التعرض للاضطهاد لدى عودتهم إلى بلدهم الأصلي.

A system of temporary stay permits for victims has been instituted: victims are allowed a stay of 45 days in order to seek counselling and assistance from specialized social agencies before returning to their country of origin, and a renewable three-month stay permit is issued to victims who bring a complaint and cooperate with the justice system in the course of a judicial inquiry.

During the same period, some 1,570 individuals returned from flood-affected regions of Pakistan (mainly Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Province) and received additional assistance upon arriving in Afghanistan, bringing to 4,714 the total number of flood-affected Afghans assisted upon returning to their country since the floods began in Pakistan.
