10. Invites the Government of Equatorial Guinea to consider ratifying or acceding to the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination;
٠١- تدعو حكومة غينيا الاستوائية إلى النظر في التصديق على، أو اﻹنضمام إلى، اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، والاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع اشكال التمييز العنصري؛

2. The Chairperson invited the delegation of Equatorial Guinea to answer the questions raised at the previous meeting concerning articles 10 to 14 of the Convention.

Invites Equatorial Guinea to prepare, during the three and a half year period between the adoption of the present resolution and its graduation from the least developed country category, its national smooth-transition strategy, with the support of the United Nations system and in cooperation with its bilateral and multilateral development and trading partners;

52. The Committee notes that the adherence of Equatorial Guinea to the nine major international human rights instruments would enhance the enjoyment by women of their human rights and fundamental freedoms in all aspects of life.

In 2014, the Government had approved the accession of Equatorial Guinea to the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict, which had been sent to Parliament for completion of the formalities of accession.
17- وفي عام 2014، وافقت الحكومة على انضمام غينيا الاستوائية إلى البروتوكول الاختياري لاتفاقية حقوق الطفل بشأن اشتراك الأطفال في المنازعات المسلحة، الذي كان قد أحيل إلى البرلمان من أجل استكمال إجراءات الانضمام.
