In that spirit, for over a year now France and Switzerland have been thinking together about critical civil infrastructure.

I have the pleasure and the privilege to make the following statement on behalf of France and Switzerland on critical civilian infrastructure.
ويسرني ويشرفني أن أدلي بالبيان التالي باسم فرنسا وسويسرا فيما يتعلق بمسألة الهياكل الأساسية المدنية الحيوية.

In that context, allow me to remind you of a proposal made by France and Switzerland for the protection of critical infrastructure.
وفي ذلك السياق، اسمحوا لي بأن أذكِّركم بمقترح تقدمت به فرنسا وسويسرا لحماية المرافق الأساسية الحرجة.

For their part, France and Switzerland have been working to develop a political arrangement, one open to all interested States, to deal with the same matter.
وستقوم فرنسا وسويسرا من جانبهما بالعمل لإعداد ترتيب سياسي، مفتوح لجميع الدول المهتمة، لتناول هذه المسألة ذاتها.

France and Switzerland in particular took the initiative of studying the question of a tracing mechanism aimed at reducing uncontrolled flows of such weapons.

His delegation had voted in favour of the Convention because it hoped that, notwithstanding the reservations expressed by France and Switzerland, which, like the Netherlands, were parties to the aforementioned agreements, existing watercourse agreements would be respected under the provisions of article 3.

ومن هذا المنطلق طلبت فرنسا وسويسرا مناقشة موضوع الهياكل الأساسية المدنية الهامة في إطار أعمالنا بشأن البند 5 من جدول الأعمال خلال شهر حزيران/يونيه الماضي.

III. Transport of goods between France and Switzerland
ثالثا - نقل السلع بين فرنسا وسويسرا

Referring to the second preambular paragraph, he said that the concept of experience referred to the provisions traditionally applied at the bilateral level, particularly those of the 1957 European Convention for the Peaceful Settlement of Disputes, and recalled that the very first treaty which had included provisions on conciliation had been concluded between France and Switzerland in 1925.
وأكد، مشيرا إلى الفقرة ٢ من الديباجة، أن مفهوم التجارب يحيل إلى اﻷحكام المطبقة عادة على الصعيد الثنائي، ولاسيما أحكام الاتفاقية اﻷوروبية لتسوية المنازعات لعام ١٩٥٧، وذكﱠر بأن أول معاهدة تتضمن أحكاما متصلة بالتوفيق أبرمت بين فرنسا وسويسرا في عام ١٩٢٥.
