It is, therefore, proposed to list PFOS in Annex [A or B] of the Convention.

I. Guidance on BAT and BEP relevant to the POPs listed in Annex A or B

2. An exemption can be registered either for a category listed in Annex A or B or for a subcategory identified by any State or regional economic integration organization.
2 - ويمكن تسجيل إعفاء، إما فيما يتعلق بفئة مُدرجة في المرفق ألف أو باء أو فيما يتعلق بفئة فرعية تحدّدها أي دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي.

A restriction on use could be introduced through inclusion of PCP in [Annex A or B] with time-limited specific exemptions or review requirements.
(ب) ويمكن إدخال قيد على الاستخدام عن طريق إدراج الفينول الخماسي الكلور في [المرفق ألف أو باء] مع وضع استثناءات محددة لفترات محدودة، أو وضع متطلبات بالمراجعة.

The Persistent Organic Pollutants Review Committee recommends, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, that PCP and its salts and esters be considered by the Conference of the Parties to the Stockholm Convention for listing and specifying the related control measures under the Stockholm Convention in Annex [A or B and C] as described above.

A listing of PFOS in Annex A or B would subject wastes, products or articles containing the substance to Article 6 of the Stockholm Convention and require that they be disposed, " ...in a safe, efficient and environmentally sound manner " .
ويخضع وضع سلفونات مشبعة بالفلور أوكتين في المرفق ألف أو باء النفايات أو المنتجات أو الأصناف المحتوية على المادة في المادة 6 من اتفاقية استكهولم وتتطلب التخلص منها " ... بطريقة سليمة وفعالة وسليمة بيئيا " .

A listing of PFOS in Annex A or B would subject wastes, products or articles containing the substance to Article 6 of the Stockholm Convention and require that they be disposed, " ...in a safe, efficient and environmentally sound manner " .
وسوف يؤدي إدراج السلفونات المشبع بالفلور أوكتين في المرفق ألف أو باء إلى إخضاع النفايات أو المنتجات أو الأصناف المحتوية على المادة لأحكام المادة 6 من اتفاقية استكهولم وسوف يستوجب التخلص منها " ... بطريقة سليمة وفعالة وسليمة بيئيا " .

The low number of certifications for export to a non-Party State transmitted to the Secretariat indicates a need to encourage parties, when exporting chemicals listed in Annexes A or B for which permitted uses are in effect, to transmit to the Secretariat the certification pursuant to paragraph 2 (b) (iii) of Article 3.
12 - ويشير انخفاض عدد الشهادات المرسلة إلى الأمانة عن التصدير إلى دولة غير طرف إلى أن هناك حاجة إلى تشجيع الأطراف على إرسال الشهادات إلى الأمانة عملاً بالفقرة 2 (ب) ' 3` من المادة 3، عند تصدير مواد كيمائية مدرجة في المرفق ألف أو باء وتوجد بشأنها استخدامات مسموح بها.

Decided by decision POPRC-3/5, adopted by consensus at its third meeting, held from 19 to 23 November 2007, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it list perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (CAS No. 1763231), its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride (CAS No. 307-35-7) in Annexes A or B of the Stockholm Convention and specifies the related control measures;
(ط) قررت بموجب مقرر لجنة استعراض الملوثات العضوية الثابتة - 3/5، المعتمد بتوافق الآراء خلال اجتماعها الثالث الذي عقد في الفترة من 19 إلى 23 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن يدرج السلفونات المشبعة بالفلورو أوكتين (CAS No. 1763 23 1) وأملاحها وفلوريد السلفونيل المشبع بالفلورو أوكتين (CAS No. 307-35-7) في المرفق ألف أو باء من اتفاقية استكهولم؛

(b) Identify, to the extent practicable, stockpiles consisting of or containing chemicals listed either in Annex A or Annex B on the basis of the strategies referred to in subparagraph (a);
