For 2003, two six-month fellowship programmes for research in remote sensing technology will be available at the ESA European Space Research Institute in Frascati, Italy.

(g) It had been agreed that the next SMPAG steering committee meeting would take place on the margins of the fifty-second session of the Scientific and Technical Subcommittee and that the next full SMPAG meeting would take place in Frascati, Italy, on 9 and 10 April 2015 just before the 2015 Planetary Defence Conference.

)أ( دورة تدريبية مشتركة بين اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالة الفضائية اﻷوروبية من أجل البلدان الافريقية الناطقة بالفرنسية بشأن رصد الموارد الطبيعية والطاقة المتجددة والبيئة باستخدام الساتل اﻷوروبي للاستشعار من بعد (ERS-1)، من المقرر تنظيمها بالتعاون مع ادارة التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، وستعقد في المعهد اﻷوروبي للبحوث الفضائية في فراسكاتي بايطاليا، في الفترة من ١٩ الى ٣٠ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٣؛

(c) Collaboration with ESA and the Department of Economic and Social Affairs of the Secretariat on follow-up activities related to the recommendations of the training courses on applications of the remote sensing satellite data to natural resources, renewable energy and the environment held in Frascati, Italy, in 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1997;

15. During the implementation of the above-mentioned programme, the data needs of several ongoing projects were submitted to the Secretariat (Office for Outer Space Affairs and Department for Development Support and Management Services) and ESA by participants in the first three training courses held at Frascati in 1993, 1994 and 1995.
٥١ - وأثناء تنفيذ البرنامج المشار اليه أعلاه ، قدم المشاركون في الدورات التدريبية الثلاث اﻷولى المعقودة في فراسكاتي أعوام ٣٩٩١ و ٤٩٩١ و ٥٩٩١ الى اﻷمانة العامة )مكتب شؤون الفضاء الخارجي وادارة دعم التنمية والخدمات الادارية( واﻹيسا كشفا باحتياجات عدة مشاريع جارية من البيانات .

12. During the courses held at Frascati in 1993, 1994 and 1995, the participants had indicated that two obstacles to the utilization of image products such as those covered in the courses were the lack of access to them and the need for further education on the principles of their use, together with hands-on training to develop experience in the mechanics of analysis.
٢١ - وأثناء الدورات التي عقدت في فراسكاتي أعوام ٣٩٩١ و ٤٩٩١ و ٥٩٩١ ، أشار المشاركون الى عقبتين تحولان دون الاستفادة من منتجات مصورة كتلك التي جرى تناولها في الدورة ، وهما عدم تيسر الحصول عليها والحاجة الى مزيد من التعلم عن مبادىء استخدامها ، الى جانب التدريب العملي المباشر من أجل اكتساب خبرة في آليات تحليلها .
