6. On 7 October 2009, the Committee declared the communication admissible under articles 7, 17 and 24.

For all these reasons, the State party invites the Committee to reconsider its decision declaring the complainant's communication admissible.

5. On 22 July 1994 the Human Rights Committee therefore decided that the communication was admissible in as much as it may raise issues under article 14, paragraph 6, and article 26 of the Covenant.
٥- ولذلك قررت اللجنة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان، في ٢٢ تموز/يوليه ٤٩٩١، قبول البلاغ بقدر ما يثيره من مسائل قد تدخل في إطار الفقرة ٦ من المادة ٤١، والمادة ٦٢ من العهد.

6.3 In the absence of any further objections to the admissibility of the communication, the Committee declares the petition admissible and proceeds to its examination of the merits.
6-3 وفي غياب أية اعتراضات على قبول البلاغ، تعلن اللجنة قبول البلاغ وتشرع في فحص أسسه الموضوعية.

It took note of the State party's contention that the communication was inadmissible because of the authors' failure to pursue constitutional remedies.
وأحاطت علما بدفع الدولة الطرف بعدم جواز قبول البلاغ ﻷن أصحابه لم يقوموا بممارسة سبل انتصاف دستورية.
