1. An extraordinary meeting of the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner's Programme was held on 8 December 2009, chaired by Her Excellency Ambassador Caroline Millar (Australia), Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the High Commissioner's Programme.
1- عقدت اللجنة التنفيذية لبرنامج المفوض السامي اجتماعاً استثنائياً في 8 كانون الثاني/يناير 2009، ترأسته سعادة السفيرة كارولين ميلار (أستراليا)، رئيسة اللجنة التنفيذية لبرنامج المفوض السامي.

At its first plenary meeting, on 10 November 2008, the Conference confirmed the nomination of Ambassador Edvardas Borisovas of Lithuania as President of the Second Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V. It also confirmed the nominations of Ambassador Caroline Millar of Australia and Ambassador Hamid Ali Rao of India as Vice-Presidents of the Second Conference.
