110- ويرجى بيان جميع التدابير المناسبة المتخذة، عملاً بالفقرة 2 من المادة 28، لضمان ادارة النظام في المدارس على نحو يتمشى مع كرامة الطفل الإنسانية ويتوافق مع هذه الاتفاقبة، بما في ذلك ما يلي:

Approaches to preventing violence should be positive and guided by a vision that focused on the human dignity of the child rather than on violence itself.
ويجب أن تكون طرق الوقاية من العنف إيجابية وذات رؤية تركز على كرامة الطفل الإنسانية لا على العنف ذاته.

It also recommends that the State party conduct awareness-raising campaigns to ensure that alternative forms of discipline are used, in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in conformity with the Convention, especially article 28, paragraph 2.

In this context, it is suggested that awareness raising and education campaigns be conducted to change public attitudes and ensure that alternative forms of discipline are administered in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in conformity with the Convention, especially articles 19 and 28.2.

The Committee also recommends that the State party intensify its awareness-raising campaigns with a view to changing perceptions of corporal punishment and in order to promote the use of alternative and non-violent forms of discipline in a manner consistent with the child's human dignity and in accordance with the Convention, especially article 28, paragraph 2.
وتوصي اللجنة أيضاً الدولة الطرف بتكثيف حملات التوعية من أجل تغيير المفاهيم المتعلقة بالعقوبة البدنية وبغية تشجيع استخدام أشكال تأديب بديلة وغير عنيفة على نحو يتفق مع كرامة الطفل الإنسانية وفقاً للاتفاقية، ولا سيما الفقرة 2 من المادة 28.

إلا أن تفسير المصالح الفضلى للطفل يجب أن يكون متوافقاً مع الاتفاقية برمتها، بما فيها الالتزام بحماية الأطفال من جميع أشكال العنف وشرط إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب لآراء الطفل؛ ولا يمكن التذرع بها لتبرير ممارسات، بما فيها العقوبة البدنية وغيرها من ضروب العقوبة القاسية أو المهينة، تتنافى مع كرامة الطفل الإنسانية وحقه في السلامة الجسدية.

On this occasion, the indivisibility and interrelatedness of the rights of the child stipulated in the Convention on the Rights of the Child were highlighted, as was the fact that they are all inherent to the human dignity of the child.
وفي هذه المناسبة، أبرزت اللجنة أن حقوق الطفل المنصوص عليها في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل تشكّل وحدة مترابطة لا تنفصم لها عرى، كما أنها كلها جزء لا يتجزأ من كرامة الطفل الإنسانية.
